What is our return policy?
All products can be returned within 14 days of receipt. They must not be worn and should be in perfect condition. To return the items, go to CONTACT. Here, mention that you would like to return the items, the reason for the return, and your order number. GLADE will then contact you to handle the practical aspects of the return.
If your item arrived damaged or if you received the wrong item, GLADE will cover the return costs. When returning for other reasons, the customer is responsible for the return costs.
What is the delivery time?
Every item should be deliverd within 5 days after the order is placed.
Can I track my order?
No, order tracking is not possible.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order as long as it hasn't been shipped. So quickly send a message via CONTACT with the request of cancellation, the reason why and your order number. We will then let you know if cancelling is still possible.
